- SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of South Salt Lake will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of reviewing the following: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING SECTIONS 15.04, 17.01, 17.03, 17.05, 17.06, 17.07, 17.10 AND REPEALING SECTIONS 2.0 AND 8.0 OF THE EAST STREETCAR NEIGHBORHOOD CODE, AND 2.0 AND 8.0 OF THE DOWNTOWN CODE TO CLARIFY CERTAIN PROVISIONS, AMENDING ERRORS RESULTING FROM THE COMPREHENSIVE RECODIFICATION OF TITLE 17, AND AMENDING THE CODE TO COMPLY WITH NEW STATE CODE REFERENCES. Notice is further given that the public is invited to attend and present oral and/or written testimony regarding these petitions to the Department of Community Development. In compliance with Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing auxiliary communicative aids or other services for this meeting should contact Eliza Ungricht at 801.483.6013 or eungricht@sslc.gov, giving at least 24 hours' notice.
