- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on March 1, 2022, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 22-08: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-7-104 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING AUTOMOBILE SERVICE.'
