NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on March 16, 2022. The hearing will be held at 7:00 pm at the City of Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Dr., Woodland Hills, UT 84653. 1. Proposed Amendments to the City of Woodland Hills Development and Construction Standards 2.8.6 3D and City Code Title 10-17-1 Fire Hydrants C 6. 2. Proposal to Consider a change in the building envelope front setback from 50 feet to 30 feet for Thousand Oaks plat D, an R 1-2 PUD zone. The R1-2 PUD zone allows for either a 50-foot setback or a 30-foot setback, as approved by the planning commission. 3. Notice of Intent to Prepare Amendments to the General Plan. 4. Proposed request from Robert Nelson to annex 21.65 Acres of property owned by Robert and Linda Nelson Holdings LLC, Noel Ray and Sandra P Hiatt, Cory Ray and Jessica S Hiatt, and Michael A Griffiths into Woodland Hills City limits. 5. Proposal to amend portions of City Code TITLES 4, 8, 9, 10, & 11 to clarify the independent roles of the building official who over sees compliance with building and construction codes and zoning enforcement officer who oversees compliance with zoning.
