NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by Washington City ('Purchaser') for: WASHINGTON CITY MAIN STREET SUBSTATION RELAY PANELS The bids will be for furnishing relay panels for the Main Street Substation. Bids shall be in accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc.('ICPE'), hereinafter referred to as the 'Engineer'. Sealed proposals are to be delivered to: Attention: Tara Pentz, Recorder Washington City 111 North 100 East Washington City, UT 84780 before 3:00 pm on March 17, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened and evaluated. Purchaser shall enter into only one contract for the relay panels for this bid specification. The project schedule is as follows: Bid due date: March 17, 2022 Relay panels delivered to the project site on or before: August 1, 2022 Washington City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Washington City. Instructions, specifications and proposal blanks will be on file in the office of Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc., ('Engineer') 1145 East South Union Avenue, Midvale, UT 84047, where they may be consulted or secured for the purpose of bidding.
