Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold three Public Hearings and its Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 Meeting Called to Order – Pledge of Allegiance First Public Hearing as Advertised – Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Revise to 2010-2011 Budget Second Public Hearing as Advertised – Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Approve the 2011-2012 Budget Third Public Hearing as Advertised – Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Consider Sewer Rate Increases 1. Motion – Close the Public Hearings and Proceed with the Regular Meeting 2. Public Comments 3. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated June 1, 2011 4. Report from Planning Commission 5. Motion – Approval of Home Occupation Business License – The Outdoor Garden 6. Motion – Approval of Business License – Winco Fireworks Fireworks 7. Motion – Revise the 2010-2011 Budget 8. Motion – Approve the 2011-2012 Budget 9. Motion – Approve 2011 Certified Tax Rate 10. Motion – Set a Public Hearing for Approval of the Re-zone of Kent & Rosalyn Malan Property, Parcel 19-040-0002, located at approximately 2214 N. 2000 W. from the R-1-15 Zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone 11. Motion – Re-Appoint Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair 12. Motion – Appoint Planning Commission Member and Alternate Member 13. Motion – Cancel the July 6, 2011 City Council Meeting 14.
