The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Presentation of bills for approval 7. Citizen input 8. at 6:15 JoAnna Marie White-business license-massage therapy 9. At 6:20 conduct the following public hearings: A. Receive public input on the adoption of a resolution opening all of the City 2011/2011 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets. B. Receive public input on the adoption of a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2011-2012 C. Receive public input on the adoption of a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2011/2012 D. Receive public input on the adoption of a resolution adopting the 2011/2012 certified tax rate. E. Receive public input on the adoption of a resolution adopting the 2011/2012 operating and capital budgets for the general fund, capital facilities fund, water fund, sewer fund, and stormwater fund. F. Receive public input for the possible adoption of a resolution which sets the dollar value for the "Fee in Lieu of Water"; dedication transfer upon development and or subdividing for 2011/2012 10. Michelle Ferguson to discuss code which prohibits pigs within the City limits 11. Department reports 12. City Manager/Recorders report
