Brigham City Brigham City, UT 2022 Street Maintenance Projects DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2022 Street Maintenance Projects will be received by Brigham City, at the office of the City Recorder, 20 North Main Street (PO BOX 1005, if USPS), Brigham City, UT, until 2:00 pm local time on March 23, 2022 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of different types of roadway maintenance including: Asphalt Spot Repairs, Asphalt Edge Milling, Asphalt Leveling Course, Asphalt Overlay, Frictional Mastic Surface Treatment, Scrub Seal, Chip and Seal, and Roadway Striping at various locations throughout the city. Bid will be received for possible multiple contracts. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. The contact person is Zac Burk, zacb@jonescivil.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online by registering with the Issuing Office at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
