- PUBLIC MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Appeal Authority Officer will hold a Public Meeting for Variances on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Meeting: Variance from City Code Section 10-9B-4: Lot Width (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Meeting to consider a request of Mike Camberlango, Camberlango Development for a variance from City Code Section 10-9B-3: Lot Area, section of the code that requires all lots/parcels in the R1-8 Zone to have a minimum lot area of 8,000 square feet. The applicant is also requesting a variance from Section 10-9B-4: Lot Width which requires, for lots/parcels in the R1-8 Zone to have a minimum lot width of 85 feet. The property is located at approx. 1000 N 1300 W in the R1-8 (Single Family Residential) Zone.
