KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from property owner ChrisGan Nielsen, requesting a zone change at 471 East 200 North from KCC 17-12 R-1 Single Family Residential District to KCC Title 17-16 R-M Multiple Family Residential District. The subject property is a .25 acre/10,890 square foot. The zone change would allow for the construction of up to two attached dwelling units on the site. Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing or through the online form at: https:// www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
