RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 10, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Kent and Lori Denney are requesting approval of a two (2) lot residential subdivision of property located at 13224 South 1300 West. The proposed subdivision would divide the existing lot into two lots of at least 1/2-acre each. - Michael Perry with LHP Investments is requesting a rezone of a 3.79-acres property located at 4623 West 12600 South. The property is currently zoned Commercial-Special Project, and the requested zoning is Commercial Gateway (C-G) which is consistent with the General Plan. - Ron Crossman is requesting a conditional use for a private lane to access up to three (3) lots for property located near 3522 West 13400 South. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
