1. Call to Order 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Business 4. March Activities a. Senior Council Meeting 10 am March 1st b. March 3 Lunch Bunch at Olive Garden in American Fork c. March 2,9,10,16,17,23,24,30, and 31 Lunches Served at 12 Noon d. March 2,9,16,23,30 Oil Painting Class at 10 AM e. Every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 AM quilt will be available to tie, and puzzle to be worked on. f. Bunco will be on March 10th at 1 PM g. March 17 Easter Craft Yet to be determined h. March 21 Bingo pot Luck at 5 PM i. March 28th Celebrating the end of winter with a special dinner. Those attending need to bring a steak Knife and a sturdy fork. Menu Sirloin Steak, Baked potato, Tossed green salad, rolls and Dessert. Tyson foods is providing the Steak, and the people to cook it and the grill. Such a wonderful way to end winter. j. Assignments for dinner. 5. April activities a. Senior Council Meetings April 5, 10 AM b. Lunch Bunch April 7 Restaurant to be determined. c. April 6,13,20,27 Oil painting, Quilt to tie, Puzzle to work on. d. April 14, 21, 28 puzzle to work on, and quilt to tie e. April 14 Bunco at 1 PM bring a unwrapped 5 dollar prize. f. April 18 Bingo Pot luck Dinner, g. April 21 10 AM a spring craft will be available. h. April 25 An activity not yet decided. 6. Planning ahead with a summer BBQ in June. Possibly June 27th with entertainment. 7. Purchase of a small chest type freezer to share with events department. 8. Purchase of Polo Shirts for board members, plus the purchase of a carpet sweeper. 9. We need our sign we need to check on this. 10. We need to encourage all to get vaccinated. We have face masks available if needed. 11. When we get a new board member we will discuss assignments. 12. Adjournment 13. Next council Meeting will be Tuesday April 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM
