- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Washington City Planning Commission will hold a Public Regular Meeting Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The meeting will be broadcast via YouTube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings Public Hearing is for the purpose of the following: Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a Zone Change request Z-22-04 to extend the R-1-15 located at approximately 300 East and 3650 South Applicant: Sullivan Homes, LLC. Complete submission will be available the Friday before the meeting online. Online washingtoncity.org - click meeting and notices. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Office Building located 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah. Agenda's will be available the Friday before the meeting online at www.utah.gov/pmn and www.washingtoncity.org You are encouraged to submit in writing your comments or concerns through the posted agenda or 'Item Available for Public Comment' at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings the link will remain open for comments the Friday before the meeting until the start of the Planning Commission meeting at 4:30 PM. The comments received online will be forwarded to the Planning Commissioners prior to the meeting for their review. If you choose to personally attend there will be an enforced time limit for your comments of 3 minutes or less. If you need further information contact mhayes@washingtoncity.org.
