Comments are limited to three (3) minutes). F.. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. PRELIMINARY PLAT REVIEW - WEST ZION VIEW SUBDIVISION. The Commission will review an application for a new subdivision to be located on lots 2-4 of the Crystal Aire Subdivision. 2. LAND MANAGEMENT CODE DISCUSSION - OVERLAY ZONES. The Commission will review proposed changes to Chapter 6 & 7 of the Land Management Code regarding an overlay zone and make a recommendation to the Town Council. G. ADJOURNMENT
