- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on March 8, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments on the following projects: - Brown's Meadows Rezone and Preliminary Plat. A proposed rezone of approximately 45 acres from Agriculture to RD1, and a preliminary plat for 38 residential lots, Parcel 59:051:0027; - Parkway Fields Phase B Preliminary Plat. A 293-unit preliminary plat located on approximately 80.9 acres within the Ault Farms Master Development Plan, Parcel 59:018:0048; and - Amendments to EMMC 17.80 Sign Regulations and Sign Permits. An applicant-proposed amendment to allow electronic reader boards in Eagle Mountain. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
