Description/Agenda: February 25, 2022 Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Resolution: Ordinance 22-06: Authorizing the Abandonment of a Portion of the Right of Way on 1200 West From 3200 South to a Location Approximately 180 feet to the south Resolution 22-07: Adoption of the Nibley City Capital Projects Finance Plan When: March 10, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah A full report will be posted on the City's website by March 8, 2022, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. You may submit comments in writing before the meeting either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cheryl@nibleycity.com.
