- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Jennifer Stuart for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'The Beauty Parlor' beauty salon business out of the property located at 15 North 100 East. Tax Id. #10-022-0003. .
