- AGENDA Public notice is hereby given that the Logan Historic Preservation Committee will hold a regular meeting at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2022, in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers. Located at 290 N 100 W, Logan, Utah. 12:00 p.m. WELCOME APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of December 6, 2021 PUBLIC HEARING HPC 22-001 Bluebird Restaurant [Certificate of Appropriateness] J. Christian Wilson/George Daines, authorized agent/owner, request a certificate of appropriateness to remodel the west entry, proposed Bluebird Alley Archway, and proposed Bluebird parking fence and archway sign to the existing Bluebird Restaurant located at 19 North Main Street in the Town Center (TC/HD) zone; TIN 06-025-0007.
