Description/Agenda: RICHFIELD CITY CORPORATION PUBLIC HEATING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map affecting the property owned by Pearson United and located on the east side of 100 West Street between 500 South and 600 South. The proposal is to change the zone from RM-11 to RM-24 for the north portion of the property and the south portion of the property to be zoned RM-24 or CS.
