'The South Jordan Senior Advisory Committee is dedicated to helping promote the interests of older adults and their families by providing a creative and informational environment where older adults can engage in social activities, by sustaining and improving the quality of health, well-being and safety and by supporting the fulfillment of older adult needs in the community.'

a. Recruiting more members to add to the committee.
i. City efforts to support recruitment include
1. South Jordan Journal: Communications paid for it
2. Listed it in the Senior Programs Newsletter.
3. Putting a poster up at the Community Center. This will be posted by Feb 1

b. Bingo
i. Would the committee like to sponsor Bingo on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 possibly using an experimental game plan to see if patrons like it?
4. New Business: (Mick)
a. Pi day on 3/14/22. Offer pie and ice cream in honor of 'Pi Day'
b. Air Fryer need in the kitchen. (Guenther)
c. Spring Banquet. Thursday, April 21, 2022
i. Would the committee like to sponsor this event snd supply the following
1. prizes for attendees in place of asking for donations from local organizations
2. pay for entertainment

1. Pie & ice cream for Pi day (3/14/22) approximately $30 to cover Costco pie and ice cream for 30 people.
2. Air Fryer. Approximately $200 to cover the size needed.

5. Spring Banquet prizes up to $600
