- Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, March 2, at 6:00 p.m. Conditional Use Permit: - 500 SOUTH VERIZON 2022 CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves upgrading equipment and adding additional equipment on an existing tower located at approximately 144 West 500 South. The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 15, at 6:00 p.m. Zone Map amendments: - 300 NORTH DUPLEX ADDITION. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Residential-1-6 to Residential-3 with the Infill Overlay to allow for an additional duplex to be built on the property located at 455 East 300 North. - EXPRESSWAY PLAZA. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Rural-Residential to Commercial-2 for property located at the intersection of Expressway Lane and State Street (SR-51). The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
