Description/Agenda: NOTICE The Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 to receive public comments to recommend a possible re-zone to Parcels KT-542 and WELRECS-101 pursuant to Section 15.03.010 of the Kamas Municipal Code. This is located at approximately 875 West 200 South in the Entry Corridor. The applicant is requesting to re-zone the back portion of the parcels to Entry Corridor Commercial. The parcels are currently zoned 600 feet from Highway 248 as Entry Corridor Commercial and the remaining land is zoned A-5 (Agriculture). The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm in the Kamas City Hall, 170 North Main, Kamas. The Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 to receive public comments to recommend a possible re-zone of Parcel HSFS-1-X pursuant to Section 15.03.010 of the Kamas Municipal Code. This is located at approximately 102 Thorn Creek Dr. in Kamas City. The applicant is requesting to re-zone the parcel to Public Facility. The property is currently zoned High Star Ranch. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm in the Kamas City Hall, 170 North Main, Kamas.
