AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MARCH 2, 2022 REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on March 2, 2022, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Hearing, review and action on a commercial site plan for the American Fork North Apartments, located in the area of 620 South 860 East, in the Planned Community (PC) zone 2. Hearing, review and action on an overall concept plan for Parc on 5th Apartments, located in the area of 400 South 600 East, in the Planned Community (PC) zone 3. Hearing, review, and action on a Commercial Site Plan for the Parc on 5th Phase 1C Apartments, located in the area of 400 South 600 East, in the Planned Community (PC) zone 4. Hearing, review and action on a District Framework Plan for Meadowbrook, located at approximately 560 South 800 West in the TOD Transit Oriented Development Zone 5. Other Business 6.
