6:30 PM BOARD MEETING CALL TO ORDER PRAYER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM BOARD MEETING ON January 20th 2022 BOARD MEMBER INPUT/FOLLOW UP ON MINUTES/COMMITTEE REPORTS PUBLIC INPUT/ANY ITEM NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA 3 MINUTES PROJECT UPDATES/REQUESTS TO PAY Taylor Mt Rd, 2500 West, 2000 North, 2022 TIIMP 4 Corners, 500 North Joint Hwy, Red Wash PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Uintah Transportation Special Service District (UTSSD) will hold a public hearing to discuss submitting an application to the Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB) for funding of the proposed Redwash Road Project. This project would consist of reconstructing the northernmost 4.4 miles of Redwash Road near Jensen from Highway 40 going south. The CIB funding application will be in the amount of $3,532,000. Assignment Order UTSSD/Jones and DeMille 2022 TIIMP Contract FINANCIALS CLOSED MEETING A. Discussion shall be limited to one or more of the following: the character, competence, or health of an individual; deployment of security personal, devices, or systems; collective bargaining issues; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; purchase exchange, lease, or sale of real property, if such discussion prevents the district from completing a transaction on the best possible terms; or investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct. 12. ACTION TAKEN AS NECESSARY PURSUANT TO CLOSED MEETING I certify that a copy of this notice was posted at least 24 hours prior to meeting time and notification given to the Utah Public Notice Website pursuant to UCA 52-4-202.
