Description/Agenda: The following ordinance was adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on February 15, 2022. ORD. 22-03 - An ordinance to rezone approximately 11.13 acres of property located at 1262 West 2200 South from Resource Conservation (RC) to Commercial (COM) in the Woodruff Neighborhood. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication.
