Approval of Minutes 2.a Draft minutes from the October 19, 2021 NRF Board Meeting for approval. 3. Board Business 4.a Annual board OPMA training 5. Project Applications 5.a Expired grants - renewals The list of expired grants requested to be extended is included as an attachment. 5.b NUC - Grant 634 Renewal / Repurpose If grant 634 is no longer needed on the Aneth Powerline Extension project (complete), it is requested to be re-purposed to the Montezuma Creek Post Office Project. 5.c Oljato - Grant 579 transfer to 585. Request to transfer $6,168.03 remaining on grant 579 to grant 585 (Oljato power lines to homes); similar allocation in 2015. 5.d Red Mesa - Grant 591 (housing assistance) - Change in Scope of Work Change Marita Tapaha to Marilene Tapaha in the scope. 5.e Aneth - New Home - Milton Whitehorse $27,500 requested for a new home for Milton Whitehorse. 5.f Oljato - Oljato Chapter Administration Renovation $36,000 for renovations to the Oljato Chapter Administration Building including HVAC, new windows, doors, decking, repairs and flooring. 6.
