- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on February 15, 2022, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 22-06: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4065 S 5600 W AND 5568 W 4100 S ON 1.79 ACRES.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
