- Moroni City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 1, 2022, to receive public comment regarding the proposed Conditional Use Permit submitted by Fernando Cervantes, who is seeking a permit to place four (4) storage units, up to fourteen (14) units each, at the property located at 139 West 100 South. You may also view the proposed conditional use application at the city recorder's office during regular scheduled hours and submit any questions, comments or concerns by Monday, February 28, 2022.
