- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council and the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold a joint work session on Thursday February 24, 2022, starting at 6:30pm at the Hooper Municipal Building located at 5580 W 4600 S Hooper, UT 84315. Work Session - 6:30pm - 7:30pm 1. 6:30-6:50pm: Review of requested revisions since last meeting 2. 6:50-7:30pm: Finalization of draft Future Land Use Map to be considered by the Planning Commission
