NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) Pressurized Irrigation Maintenance Fee – Rod Taylor, Zoning Administrator 2) New Elementary School Building Requirements- Utilities, Sidewalks, Impact Fee 3) Proposed Approval of Commercial Lumber Storage Building for Valley Builders at 310 North Main Street 4) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for October 22, November 5 & 19, and December 3, 2008. 5) Proposed Approval of Ordinance 2009-1 – Annual 2009 City Council Meeting Schedule 6) Personnel – Hiring of Court Clerk 7) 8:00 p.m. – New Fire Station CIB Application 8) New City Hall CIB Application, Senior Citizen Needs, Old City Hall Demolition & Sale of Fixtures 9) 10) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 11) Bills and Adjustments 12) Closed Session 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
