Description/Agenda: DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on an amendment to the Brigham City Code, Title 29 Zoning, Chapter 29.12 Residential and Multiple Residential Districts, Section 29.12.100 Height Regulations to address the number of stories (levels) for an accessory structure based on site slope conditions and maximum height of main buildings and structures. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
