PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #01-2022, adopting the Lakeside Landing Special District Overlay Zone and pattern book as Springville City Code Title 11 Development Code, Chapter 9; at their regular meeting held on January 18, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville. A copy of this ordinance is available by contacting the city recorder's office during regular business hours. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #02-2022, amending the Official Zoning Map to apply the Lakeside Landing Special District to the following parcel: 23:027:0010 located at approximately 2200 West Center Street, in the Lakeside Community area; at their regular meeting held on January 18, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville.
