RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 24, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Sam Compagno is requesting a conditional use for a home occupation 'SJ Metal Designs' to be located at 4541 W Park Bend Court. - Kevin Gust is requesting a conditional use for a private lane to access three (3) lots near 1611 West 13400 South. - Kimberly Williford with Scooters Coffee is requesting a Conditional Use for Drive-through windows for food services in the Commercial Gateway Zone for property located at 3479 West 12600 South. - Dalia Real Estate is requesting an amended site plan for an existing commercial building located at 1868 West 12600 South. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
