Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold a public hearing and its regular meeting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 17, 2022 1. Call to Order -Mayor Ken Phippen 2. Opening Ceremony a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Opening Prayer 3. Comments/Reports a. Public Comments (Resident(s) attending this meeting will be allotted 2 minutes to express a concern or ask a question about any issue that IS NOT ON THE AGENDA. No action can or will be taken on any issue presented.) b. Report from the Planning Commission 4. Business Items a. Final Approval of the Happy Days Estates Ph 3 Subdivision located at approximately 2400 West 3000 North b. Final Approval of the Stacee Subdivision 1st Amendment Subdivision located at 2124 North 1875 West c. Set a public hearing for March 3, 2022 to consider the request to vacate the public utility easement at 2697 West 3900 North for Tyler Graves 5. Consent Items/Presentations a. Children's Justice Center Presentation b. Motion - Approval of minutes dated February 3, 2022 c. Motion - Approval of bills dated February 16, 2022 d.
