- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on February 22, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments on the following projects: - Fire Station 253 Site Plan and Rezone. The rezone to the Public Facilities (PF) Zone is for a 1.75-acre site located within parcel 59:033:0029 to accommodate the construction of a new fire station; and - Mae Land Rezone and Preliminary Plat. A proposed rezone to the R1, R2, and R3 zones and a 220-lot preliminary plat, located on approximately 79 acres (parcel 59:046:0016). Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
