Public hearing and consideration of Heart of Country Swing's request for approval of a conditional use for a Public Dance Hall to be located in an existing building at 3940 North Traverse Mountain Boulevard. Public hearing and recommendation of SDM Development's request for review of The Falls at the Point General Plan Amendment, changing approximately 11.1-acres located at approximately 4200 North Digital Drive from Light Industrial and Commercial to Mixed-Use. Public hearing and consideration of SDM Development's and James Whitmore's request for approval of the Silicon Slopes Storage Concept, a 2.97-acre storage facility located at approximately 4300 North Digital Drive in a Light Industrial zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Mark Garza's for preliminary subdivision review of Somerset Hills, a 5-lot residential subdivision located at 795 East 760 North in an R-1-8 (residential) zone. Public hearing and recommendation Fort Street Partners' request for review of the Fort Street Zone Change on 4.79-acres of property located at 3300 North 1200 West from TH-5 (transitional holding) to Commercial and R-1-10 (residential).
