- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2700 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone/voicemail to (801) 955-2092, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: - Robert Carrington, representing Dutch Bros. Coffee, is requesting a plat amendment approval to the 'Taylorsville Wal-Mart Subdivision' to create one additional commercial lot at approximately 5469 S. Redwood Road, in Taylorsville, Utah. File #13S21. - Taylor Smith, Developer, is requesting preliminary subdivision plat approval to create 9 residential lots at approximately 4924 S. 3200 W., in Taylorsville, Utah. File #9S21. - The City of Taylorsville is requesting a zoning text amendment to Section 13.04.090, related to the minimum land area required to establish a zoning district. File #2Z22. - Mark Stephenson, representing Rocky Mountain Builders, is requesting a General Plan Map Amendment for the property located at 2720 W. 6200 S. from Professional Office to Medium-Density Mixed-Use. File #1G22. - Mark Stephenson, representing Rocky Mountain Builders, is requesting a Zoning Map Amendment for the property located at 2720 W. 6200 S. from Open Space (OS) to Mixed-Use (MU). File #1Z22. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
