Approve Consent Agenda. 2. SUVMWA Bylaws require the Board of Directors to serve a one-year term with an election held annually. The current board as follows have now served for one year: Jim Lundberg - Chairman Interim (Mapleton) Craig Jensen - Co-Chairman (Springville) Secretary - Chad Argyle (Spanish Fork) Treasurer - Marty Larson (Genola) 3. Consideration of proposed six-month revolving property lease from J. Ryan Nielsen. II. ADJOURNMENT FROM REGULAR MEETING SESSION CLOSED MEETING: SUVMWA Board may adjourn the meeting and convene into a closed session pursuant to 52-4-205, as provided by Utah Code.
