PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Conditional Use Permit
A. 500 SOUTH VERIZON 2022 CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves upgrading equipment and adding additional equipment on an existing tower located at approximately 144 West 500 South.
3. Final Plat
A. HIGH SKY ESTATES PLAT C. The proposal involves reapproving a subdivision with 14 single-family homes located at 2300 East Canyon Crest Drive.
4. Site Plan
A. SPANISH FORK 3 PARKING LOT. The proposal involves the expansion of a parking lot located at 55 South 300 East.
B. SIMPSON BUSINESS PARK. The proposal involves development of an industrial site located at 1400 North 300 West
