The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting February 8, 2022, at 6:30p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, UT or can be attended electronically at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82012093604?pwd=OXIxa1pBWWJLTys4NW1RR3k0c1dRUT09 1. Welcome --Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor - January 11, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. - January 25, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. 5. Approval of Adjustments - Mayor Transaction Register dated 01/01/2022 to 01/31/2022 in the amount of ($160.67). 6. Approval of Claims and Requisitions -- Mayor - Claims Register dated 1/22/2022 to 2/02/2022 in the amount of $239,693.04. - Requisitions as needed 7. Discussion/Action - Ashley Earl - Discussion/Action-Request to hook into City Water Line from outside the city limits. 8. Public Participation - Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 9. Annual Open and Public Meetings Act Training - City Attorney - Open and Public Meeting Act Training (OPMA)-Presented by Kevin Daniels 10. Discussion/Action - Fire Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Fire Department. 11. Discussion/Action -- Public Works Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Public Works Department. 12. Discussion/Action -- Power Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Power Department. 13. Council Reports - Paul C. Madsen - D. Lynn Beesley - Russell G. Keisel - Rondy G. Black - Samuel Draper 14. Mayor Report 15.
