- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South or via Zoom to discuss the following matters: Rezone from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-2 (Residential, 3 lots per acre) for the Green Bell Property project at approximately 2325 S 1230 W of approximately 4.12 acres by request of Ivory Land Corporation Text Amendment of Syracuse City Code 8.10.090 regarding the option to pay a fee in-lieu of secondary water dedication by request of Syracuse City Connect digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82909311813 or by phone at 253-215-8782, Meeting ID: 829 0931 1813. Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at planningdepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (and by mail) at 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, UT 84075. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder more than three minutes will be included in the public record. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
