- AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION FEBRUARY 16, 2022 REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on February 16, 2022, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Appointment of Planning Commission Chairperson and Vice Chairperson 2. Hearing, review and action on a preliminary plan and final plat site for 43 North Apartments, located in the area of 43 North 100 East, in the CC-1 Central Commercial zone 3. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for 43 North Apartments, located in the area of 43 North 100 East, in the CC-1 Central Commercial zone 4. Other Business 5. Site Plan Committee Report 6. Review and action on the minutes of the January 19, 2021 Planning Commission Regular Session 7. Adjournment John H. Woffinden, P.G.
