- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Cedar Crest Village Overlay Zone Application, Summit County, UT NOTICE is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, February 17, 2022, electronically, via zoom. County staff will be available, in person, at the anchor location (The Ledges Building, 202 E Park Road, Coalville, Utah, 84017) to assist you in viewing the meeting and providing comments. The Commission will meet in accordance with the Eastern Summit County Development Code to conduct an initial public hearing and discussion of the Cedar Crest Village Overlay Future Land Use Plan for approximately 1,000 acres in the East Hoytsville area. No final action will be taken.
