PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday February 8, 2022 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting January 11, 2022. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) February 2022. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2021-2022 budget 4. State Bank FDIC coverage $250,000 max amount. Money Market (Board approval) 5. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 6. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George 7. Report on 21 Emergency Housing Vouchers lease up. 8. Report on PIT count January 27-28th 9. Report on Section 8 Waiting List Purged. 10. Revised smoking addendum (Board Approval) 11. Hand out approved audit from FJ & Associates.
