- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 3rd day of February 2022. The meeting shall begin at 5:00 pm THE COUNCIL WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS FROM VARIOUS LOCATIONS. WILL BE BROADCAST ON YOUTUBE. 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Public Comment. 4- Approval of the minutes from January 6, 11, & 20, 2022. 5- Open and log sealed RFPs and discussion. 6- Discussion on Helper City Swimming Pool, Boiler, and Updates. 7- Discussion and possible approval of renegotiating of Criminal Attorney Tristan Thomas's Contract. 8- Discussion and possible approval of securing Franson Engineering to draft a grant for the Division of Drinking Water at the cost of $5000 9- Discussion and possible approval on appointments for 2022 10- Discussion of Resolution 2021-4 updated business license fees. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Adjournment:
