- GUNNISON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment: 1. A proposed subdivision at approximately 400 West 300 North, Mogle Subdivision - John Mogle 2. Multi-Family Residential Uses in the Residential and Commercial (R&C-1) Zoning District. 3. Subdivision Improvement Assurance and Improvement Completion Warranty Standards. In compliance with ADA, those citizens in need of assistance may contact the Gunnison City offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
