- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on 3rd of February, 2022 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: - Pledge of Allegiance - Prayer - Roll Call - Approval of Minutes from prior meeting - Report of officers - Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery - Council Member Eric Wells - Sewer and water - Mayor Jeff Pei - Roads - Treasurer - Jessica Alvey - Clerk - Lisa Wells - Tabled Business: Appoint new town council members (submit application prior to council meeting) Appoint new planning commission members - New Business: Ensign Engineering - Bid opening results for Hanksville Road Improvement Project and award of project. Caleb & Sara Bradbury - Release of public utility easement request. - Public Comment: - Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4 Dated this 1st day of February, 2022 Lisa J.
