City of Monticello NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE REVISION Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regular session on Tuesday, February 15th, 2022, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main St, Monticello, Utah, beginning at 6:30 p.m. A copy of amended ordinances may be requested at the City Office. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment from the public regarding the City's proposal to update and amend the following zoning ordinances: §10-1-4: Definitions §10-2: Supplementary Requirements and Procedures Applicable Within Zones Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Shalena Black shalena@monticelloutah.org, City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to or on the hearing date. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone requiring special accommodations to attend this hearing may call the Monticello City Office at least three days prior to the meeting, at 435-587-2271. /s/Shalena Black, Recorder
