PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a Planning Commission work session commencing at 5:30 p.m. and a Planning Commission meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on January 5, 2022.

A. J6 INDUSTRIAL. The proposal involves creating an industrial subdivision of 3 lots located at 1500 West 3700 North.
4. Zone Change (Public Hearing)
A. D-LAND WEST. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-3 for property located at 1113 West 100 South.
B. D-LAND EAST. The proposal involves changing the current zone from P-F to R-3 for property located at approximately 3100 East 1850 South.
5. Title 15 Amendments (Public Hearing)
A. PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO VARIOUS ZONING REQUIREMENTS. Potential amendments to various development requirements as well as street tree plan requirements.
B. SEPTIC TANK REGULATIONS. Potential amendments to septic tank regulations found in City Code Title(s) 13 and 15.
6. General Plan Amendment (Public Hearing)
A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. The proposal involves a revision to the Transportation Master Plan.
