- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, chapter 15, table 10-15, 'Residential Site Development Standards', setback standards for accessory building with a height greater than 12 feet. b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, chapter 44-2, titled 'Fences, Walls, and Retaining Walls'. 9. Discuss a process to grant exceptions for unbuildable lots in Wellsville City. 10. Todd Black & Jason Lundahl - Discuss Division of Wildlife Resources Wildlife Letter dated December 3, 2021. 11. Scott Wells - Open Meetings Training 2021 12. Department reports 13. City Manager/Recorders report
