- VIRGIN TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held February 9, 2022 During a regularly scheduled Virgin Planning & Zoning Meeting At 6:30 PM in the Heritage Town Square 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah Ph: 435-635-4695 clerk@virginutah.org To accept public input on the following items: a. AN ORDINANCE 2022-02 Zone Change V-89-B-1 Rural Residential to Commercial (2 E SR9) b. AN ORDINANCE 2022-03 AMENDING CHAPTER 8 (curb and gutter). c. AN ORDINANCE 2022-04 AMENDING CHAPTER 2.12 DEFINITIONS. (Liability) d. AN ORDINANCE 2022-05 AMENDING CHAPTER 2.12 DEFINITIONS. (Lighting)
